Volunteer Coordinator: This person is willing to communicate with all the parents, community, and families in order to help us fill the following positions. In the past this person has sometimes also been the tech meal coordinator.

Tech Meal Coordinator: This person plans and implements the 6 or so "potluck" meals that we serve during our technical and dress rehearsals. This long tradition at Liberty has many many plans in place. Past coordinators are very wiling to share their expertise!

Saturday Work Parties: We ask every family to give us at least 4 hours of your time during our Saturday work parties. If you can work power tools, or love working with paint, we have jobs for you!

Snack Coordinator: During the after school rehearsal periods for the Fall Play and the Musical, we provide a light snack for students performers. This volunteer coordinates with parents (usually through an app) to bring snacks.

Back Stage Parents: During performances we have discovered that it is very helpful for us to have parents backstage during performance. As the theatre teacher is often in the booth, the backstage parent(s) are an extra set of eyes and ears in case there is a problem or emergency. Parents only need to choose one performance to help out.

​

Costume Coordinator: This volunteer helps our student costume crew stay organized and timely.

​

Ticket Booth: This volunteer can pick any performance to help our district employee who is in charge of selling tickets. Only need 1 volunteer per performance!
